About the program

You will participate in the program for a total of 18 months. During this time, you will be employed as interns in all three companies for six months each. There is the possibility of employment both during and after completion of the program. Please direct your questions about the program to talentegrate@fau.de.

You apply online for the desired assignment area. In this step, you can convince us to invite you to an assessment center.

Assessment
Centre

Suitable candidates for the assessment center are selected from the group of applicants chosen by the companies. The program then starts for 15 candidates who are successful in the assessment center.

The application process consists of two steps: the written application and an assessment center.

  • Proof of language skills at German B2 level and English B1 level or German B1 level and English B2 level;
    further proven language skills are an advantage

  • If available, further relevant documents (e.g. work and internship references, further and advanced training certificates, further language certificates, further university degree certificates, references, etc.).
